Quite a bit after the fact, but a group of us induldged on some savory okonomiyaki (Japan pancake-like dish you usually make on a flat top griddle) in the slums of Asakusa, after the Sanja Matsuri. The food was good for what can be visually described as "platform pizzaesque". However, the vintage backdrop is what really set the scene.
The place is called "Kappa Matsuri" and is located near the Tokyo Metro Tawaramchi station on the Ginza line. Check the link above for details (Japanese only).
